1 Learn to accept your flaws, especially when it comes to your body. Once you start loving yourself, you will see that those same ‘flaws’ are precisely what people will find attractive about you!

1 Groom yourself. While it’s important to remember that happiness comes from within, making an effort to look good allows us to step out into the world to a different beat.

2 Be kind and generous. Nothing is more of a confidence booster than feeling like a good person.

1 Never let your confidence come from the approval of others. If you think you’re sexy because you have curves, then so will everyone else.
