Meet the winner of the 2016 GrandWest Open Mic Jazz singing competition, Austin Lee Jacobs. GLAMOUR caught up with the local hottie to find out more about his life off the stage.
What would you say is your best attribute?
I see myself as lovable, bubbly and happy. I love mingling and connect with people really easily.
What instantly attracts you to a woman?
A good posture and confident. A great smile is also a plus!
Describe your ideal date.
Watching the sunset while drinking a bottle of red wine on Table Mountain. I simply like enjoying quiet time together and don’t feel a need for fuss or extravagant places.
What fills the spot at the top of your dream destination list?
I’d love to travel all around the world! Of course, it would be best if I’m doing it as a legendary performing jazz singer!
What’s your favourite drink?
Rum and coke. And a wake-me-up coffee in the morning.
Who is your Woman Crush Wednesday?
If I had to choose someone I admire, it would be my mom. She’s so open and beautiful. I hope to find a woman like her.
