A good pair of trainers. Nothing is more painful than injuries caused by bad shoes!

Who is your fitness inspiration?

What truly keeps me motivated to wake up and push myself every day would be my followers and the people I inspire. I constantly try to remind them that giving up is not an option once you start this journey. It’s no longer just about me achieving my best body, it’s also about inspiring others to join the movement.

What would you say is the best way to get in shape?

I’m all about High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) right now.

What is your gym bag must-have?

I have many! Earphones, face wipes, a workout log, a towel and my shaker bottle holding my pre-workout supplement.

Become comfortable with the feeling of being uncomfortable. You will be hungry, tired, sore and sweaty. However, true change doesn’t come unless you push yourself outside of your comfort zone. If you just accept the temporary discomfort for long-lasting results, it helps you get through.

Fitness advice to live by?

Ask yourself, “Are my goals bigger than the burger and fries I want to eat?” Your answer should always be yes! Save the burger for a once-a-week cheat and stick to a healthy daily meal that’s going to bring you one step closer to achieving your goals.
