After years of speculation, it has been confirmed that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are a real deal couple. Yep, they’ve only gone and been spotted holding hands on Malibu beach. *Swoon*.
They’ve actually been linked since 2013, however, reports state that Katie Holmes was banned from publicly dating anyone for five years due to a clause in her divorce contract with Tom Cruise. Bizarre? We think so. Unfortunately, we don’t have the pictures of the beach date (because, well, we’d have to remortgage GLAMOUR to get them but you can see them here). Admittedly these aren’t the first snaps of the couple to surface. They have been spotted on occasions together – earlier this year a fan snapped them having dinner together and the internet went wild…

Last year, a former cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta also let slip that they are indeed a bonafide couple. E! Online reported that Claudia Jordan told the Allegedly podcast that Foxx was a “very good friend” and that he was “very happy” with Holmes, who has been linked with him via rumour for the past three years.”[He’s a] good friend of mine. Never [hooked up with him],” she told the podcast. When asked about Holmes, she said: “He is very happy with her. I like that he seems very happy.”
A while back there were even rumours of a secret engagement after Katie was spotted with a ring on *that* finger. Jamie has also been seen out with a gold ring on HIS engagement finger…
