Chanel just brought a tropical rainforest to Paris for their latest show. Casual. ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿƒ

A Chanel show is always a spectacle; with each show, Karl Lagerfeldโ€™s grand visions are brought to life. In seasons past weโ€™ve been treated to Chanel-stamped brasseries, supermarkets, feminist riots, a space station and most recently, an Eiffel Tower replica which sat under the ceiling of the Grand Palais. But for his spring-summer show, Lagerfeld took his show to pastures far, far away. The rainforest to be precise.

Chanelโ€™s rainforest was complete with huge faux rocks, trees and even flowing waterfalls. But would we expect anything else from Chanel?

The collection put emphasis on waterproofs, with plastic hats, overcoats and even boots coming down the runway for his spring-summer showing. An ironic comment on climate change, perhaps? Maybe Topshop were on to something with those clear jeans, eh?

Girl of the season Kaia Gerber closed the show, while her mum was there to watch her spin on the iconic runway.
