The  2018 GRAMMYs are all about the performances and this year’s show did not disappoint. From Kendrick Lamar’s politically charged medley and Lady Gaga’s beautiful rendition of Million Reasons, to Kesha and co’s stunning nod to the Time’s Up movement – here are our standout stage moments…

Kesha

Kesha reduced the audience (and viewers at home) to tears with an emotional performance of her poignant single Praying. She was joined on stage with Camila Cabello, Cyndi Lauper, Julia Michaels, Andra Day and a massive choir as they paid homage to the Time’s Up movement.

The young trio put on a moving set as they performed their suicide prevention single 1-800-273-8255. They were joined on stage by suicide attempt survivors, and friends and relatives of suicide victims.

Kendrick Lamar

Kendrick Lamar opened the show with an incredible fire-and-drums-filled set, starting off the performance alongside U2’s Bono before being joined by an army of stomping soldiers and amazing dancers. Comedian Dave Chappelle also punctuated the set with scripted interludes.

Gaga treated us all to a beautiful, stripped back performance of her hits Joanne and Million Reasons in front of a piano with a little help from pal, Mark Ronson. FLAWLESS.

Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee

Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee brought some Latin flavour to Madison Square Garden as they sang their anthem Despacito, sharing the stage with some pretty hot dancers.

Childish Gambino may have taken a back seat while Donald Glover was busy making history in Hollywood, but he was back in full force performing his track Terrified from Grammy-nominated album, Awaken, My Love! with special guest vocalist J.D. McCrary – a 10-year-old actor/singer who will star as Simba in Disney’s upcoming remake of The Lion King.

DJ Khaled, Rihanna and Byson Tiller

DJ Khaled, Rihanna and Bryson Tiller gave us all what we wanted as they recreated the Wild Thoughts music video on the GRAMMY stage. As always, Riri SLAYED.

Bruno Mars and Cardi B

Elton John and Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus became the latest young star to join Sir Elton John on stage as they performed a duet of Tiny Dancer, and the audience loved it.
