Amy Schumer called out a guy for Photoshopping her and then the best thing happened

It’s 2018 and by now we thought the era of body-shaming would have been long gone, but as Amy Schumer just found out…apparently not. But did she stand for it? NOPE.

Last week, a social media user posted two photos of Schumer in a bikini – the original, and an edited version where she had been made to look slimmer.

The post was captioned: ‘So, I think Amy looks great already but man does she look way better in my OPINION in the second photo.’

Oh boy, they really set themselves up for that one…

With 30 followers on their account, when they posted the photo they probably didn’t anticipate that actual real-life celebrity comedian Amy Schumer was going to respond… and she took no prisoners, to say the least.

Well like I said in my comment, I’m sorry Amy! It was unfair to do that to you. I didn’t think much about it when I first posted the pic. I’ve seen a lot of people photoshopping celebrities so I didn’t think mine would even be a blimp. I spent like 30 min making the photo and I should have never posted it! I’m glad people called out this post! That was a dick move on my end. Well all I can do is apologize, I’m sorry. @amyschumer #imsorry #imanidiot #smh #wow #bodypositivity

The actress quickly responded, “I disagree. I like how I really look. That’s my body. I love my body for being strong and healthy and sexy. I look like I’d give a good hug or have a drink with you. The other picture looks nice but it’s not me. Thanks for sharing your thoughts as well. See, we’re both right.”

If that wasn’t enough to make them want to disappear off the face of the earth, the user quickly started to receive backlash from fans of the comedian, which led to the original post being deleted.

“I’m sorry Amy! It was unfair to do that to you,” the Instagrammer replied to her comment.

That’s him told…
