Caster Semenya was born to do it.
Yesterday, Caster Semenya took to Twitter to share her latest advertising campaign with athletic apparel brand, Nike. In the moving video, the 800-metre gold medalist looks back on her journey and asks herself the question – “what if I never…”

Not long thereafter, Caster Semenya’s wife, Violet proudly gushed about her spouse’s Nike advert, by posting snaps of the campaign in stores. She captioned the post with a sweet message which read: “[Caster] you taught me something about life. I musn’t loose my self trying to hold[onto] someone who doesn’t care about losing me. I must always hold to God and You did the same. You are such an inspiration to me, you surprise me every day. May God keep on giving you that strength…”
