The icy wrist candy that make up the collection are known as secret watches. This is because the dial is discreetly hidden within the design, a creation that is the purest expression of Bvlgari’s inimitable style.
The collection includes a unique piece, the star of the show, the Serpenti Misteriosi Romani High-Jewellery secret watch in 18kt white gold.
The second timepiece is the Serpenti Misteriosi Intrecciati High-Jewellery secret watch that features an interweaving bracelet set with 365 ruby beads and outrageous 18kt white gold snakeheads set with round brilliant-cut diamonds.
The third and the fourth watches are a reinterpretation of Bvlgari’s Monete watches. The Monete uses ancient coins which creates a link between past and present and represents the Maison’s classical Greek and Roman roots.
The first Monete, the Octo Roma Monete, comes in rose gold and platinum. The watch is fitted with an ultra-rare 4th century Roman coin on its face, and opens with a touch of a button to reveal the calibre BVL 268 SK.
The second Monete timepiece is a pendant with a 2nd-century coin depicting the Head Laureate of Apollo of Grynion on its face and the god Apollo on its reverse side. The octagonal pendant is crafted in rose gold and suspended from a 90-centimetre solid gold chain. These time pieces are modern Glamour girl goals.
