A doll with vitiligo is on it's way to SA
We couldn't be happier about the news that a new doll with vitiligo will be available in Mzansi. At a time where representation is crucial, this groundbreaking move makes us so happy.
The new doll is from the Sibahle Collection, who has been at the forefront of creating dolls that are more inclusive. Sibahle Collection has black dolls as well as albino dolls. The new doll is called Ndanaka which means beautiful in Shona.
Sibahle Collection is the collection under Bounce Essentials Africa, founded by Caroline Hlahla and Khulile Vilakazi-Ofosu in 2016.
