Little Nahla caught in the middle!

As if undergoing a bitter custody battle wasn’t stressful enough, now Halle Berry’s daughter has been recommended to attend counselling sessions by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. TMZ.com has reported that the tiny tot may benefit from some therapy sessions, even though there were no reports that Nahla was injured in the alleged incident of her father, Gabriel Aubry, accused of pushing the nanny while still holding the 3-year-old. The French-Canadian model is accused of pushing Nahla’s nanny after arguing over the model’s decision to keep his daughter out of school.

With tensions still strife, Halle and Gabriel are set to appear in court today where the ‘Monster’s Ball’ actress is set to ask the judge to stop her ex from having any contact with their daughter until the investigation is complete. Meanwhile, reacting to this, the hunky model is requesting a restraining order against the nanny and believes the Oscar winner has fabricated the pushing claims against him in hopes of getting the judge to side with her.

We’ll have to wait and see what happens next but one thing that is for certain… Putting your child in the middle of your ugly war is a big DON’T .
