Is Cassper Nyovest the prophet of hip-hop?

Yesterday it was announced that Tito Mboweni will be appointed as the new finance minister and people are thinking Cassper Nyovest had something to do with it.

Nhlanhla Nene was replaced by Tito after the president accepted his resignation after getting himself into some hot water with the Gupta family.

Now cast your mind back to 2017, Cassper Nyovest released a track titled  Tito Mboweni,  the now finance minister and almost immediately after the announcement was made people started tweeting that Cassper had prophesied this happening and it even made it to international news.
