GLAMOUR: Summer is in full swing in SA Kay Yarms - what does it mean to you?
KAY: Summer means good times, fun in the sun, relaxing, cute outfits, and cute cocktails with friends.
GLAMOUR: What does a day in the life of Kay Yarms look like?
KAY: My day often starts with my morning routine. I then head off to the gym followed by some work in the studio and at home, and I wrap up the day on the couch with a cocktail in hand watching the sunset.
GLAMOUR: What does a day in the life of Kay Yarms look like?
KAY: Staying hydrated is important, and also sticking to my routine. So no matter what is happening around me, I stay disciplined and stick to my routine.
GLAMOUR: What is your perfect summer day?
KAY: Definitely having breakfast & brunch dates with my friends and loved ones. I also love making mocktails or cocktails and experimenting with different flavours and ingredients to create refreshing and unique mixes while watching the sun set. I recently discovered Red Bull Summer Edition Juneberry, which perfectly complements my cocktail creations and makes for the perfect summer sipper with an extra burst of energy..
