Give yourself a manicure or pedicure. This small treat is cost-effective and something you may not have time for often.

Read your favourite book or start one you have been meaning to but just haven’t had the time for.

Watch re-runs of your favourite feel-good series. Relax and laugh a little, you deserve it.
