Dry hair can be caused by a number of external factors such as using a clarifying shampoo too often, colouring and bleaching your hair, chlorine (particularly in summer) as well as being BFFs with your blowdryer or straightener. Sound familiar? Try and cut down on heat styling and swap your shampoo for a nourishing one instead. Tackle knots with a leave-in conditioner and work a tangle-taming comb (not brush) through your lengths.
