It’s been a scandalous weekend in Hollywood! After pictures surfaced of Heidi Klum getting cosy with her bodyguard, her ex-husband Seal, 49, slammed Heidi for “fornicating with the help”. But now the singer is backtracking on his comments.
His representative said in a statement: “Seal would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating on him while they were together. But rather he was pointing out that they are separated and the divorce is not final so they are legally still married.”
A spokesperson for Heidi – who raises Leni, eight, Henry, six, Johan, five, and Lou, two, with Seal – also slammed the claims.
The representative said: “It is sad that Seal has to resort to this kind of behaviour and spread these untruths about the mother of his children.”
Seal – who split from Heidi in January after seven years of marriage – had criticised the 39-year-old beauty for not “showing class” in romancing her bodyguard.
He said: “That’s what happens when two people separate, they move on and generally meet other people in their lives. Whilst I didn’t expect anything better from him [the bodyguard], I would of thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were.”
We just hope this doesn’t turn into another messy Hollywood divorce for the sake of their children!
