Sports is just not my thing. They’re messy and sweaty and the possibility of bloodshed is always looming. When I was a kid, I scraped my knee playing football and decided then and there I was over that whole “scene.” I walked the mile-run challenge in elementary school out of protest. Exerting my energy for the purpose of a “goal” or “touchdown” or “whatever” just seems like a waste of time. And watching other people do this is an even bigger waste of time. The last football game I watched from start to finish was the 2012 Super Bowl, and it was because Madonna did the halftime show. Frankly, I’d rather do the polar plunge naked in Antarctica than sit through an entire baseball game. That’s just me. But, wow, after Monday night’s L.A. Kings hockey game, I’m very interested in sports. Why? Because Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher showed some rare PDA on the kiss cam. For the record, I originally thought they were at a basketball game because my only reference of a “kiss cam” is in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, but, nope, the L.A. Kings is definitely a hockey team. I googled it!
Kunis’ face when she realizes the kiss cam is on her and Kutcher is priceless and adorable, as is their actual kiss. I spent my Monday night eating Chipotle I shouldn’t have bought and screamed at The Bachelor, and here Kutcher and Kunis are, living out the romance Arie Luyendyk Jr. actually just wants with a Maserati.
