Athi-Patra Ruga designs Lady Dior

For the fourth edition of Dior Lady art, eleven artists from around the world have participated in the game of metamorphosis by rendering the iconic lady Dior as a unique piece of art. An exercise in virtuoso style. From one horizon to the next, from Mexico to Japan and Portugal to the United States, the artists Joana Vasconcelos, Rina Banerjee, Wang Guangle, Marguerite Humeau, Jia Lee, Maria Nepomuceno, Mickalene Thomas, Kohei Nawa, Eduardo Terrazas, Raqib Shaw and Athi-Patra Ruga each, in their own way, made it sublime, infusing its architecture and charms with their individual universe and inspirations. Marked by its extraordinary destiny, the lady Dior has become, more than ever, an object of desire.
