Daily Paper pops up in the City of Gold

The cool kids on the block have just popped up in the City of Gold.

When it comes to fusing african heritage aesthetics and sleek contemporary design, Daily Paper is pretty much incomparable. The brand was founded by Jefferson Osei, Abderrahmane Trabsini and Hussein Suleiman back in 2012 and continues to deliver when it comes to both women’s and menswear.

Based in Amsterdam, Daily Paper started off as a lifestyle blog through its founding members shared passion for art, culture and music and naturally progressed into the internationally recognized brand that it is today. It’s become one of the fastest growing brands that has come out of Europe recently, and it seems like there’s nothing that can stop them.

With their african backgrounds in common, the founders naturally gravitate towards traditional prints and fabrics when it comes to their collections. As they focus on both men’s and women’s clothing, Daily Paper releases a collection biannually which consists of a number of ready-to-wear garments, fine-tailored pieces and accessories among other capsule collections across seasons.

With their enticing imagery whether it’s their instagram, lookbook or even their ecomm, Daily Paper is a brand you can’t help falling for. And for those of us who live in the city of Johannesburg, it’s your lucky day because Daily Paper is popping up around your corner.

From the 12th of February until the 28th of February you’ll be able to pop in and check out Daily Paper’s freshest fits in real life. The pop up will be showcasing a selection of their summer styles from their SS20, SS19 as well as exclusive pieces from previous collaborations.

Head on over to The Zone, 177 Oxford Road, Rosebank, 2196
