Everything you need to know about the Glamour Wellness and Mindfulness Event

With only 2 days left until our inaugural Wellness and Mindfulness event we are excited to share the day’s itinerary, what to expect and what you can go home with.

Starting with our esteemed MC for the day - Renowned fitness and wellness mogul, Rushda Moosajee affectionately known as Rush Tush will be our guide, keeping the energy high throughout the day.

On arrival you will be led to a photo-booth where our designated photographer will be waiting for you.

Work Out Sessions

There will be a range of work out sessions sponsored by Adidas, this will include:

30 minutes Yoga and Pilates session to warm up for the day
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) work out at the end of the day

Panel Discussions

Our day will proceed with engaging panel discussions on beauty and wellness sponsored by Clicks - The talks will include

Baby Pump discussion with Rush Tush
Sorbet Nails discussing everything nails with GLAMOUR Beauty Editor Jese Lilliefeldt-Hartman
Sexual Wellness Talk by Dr. Zenda
Adidas Sports Bra expert will discuss the significance of wearing the right sports bra size and guide you on finding your perfect fit.

Activations

We will have exhibition stands, including sports bra fittings by Adidas, Clicks vendors, Sorbet nail stands, Fat Freeze ,Non-alcoholic Bar, Loot, Fragrance, Soft Lips, My Earth, Blue Ribbon, Deep Heat as well as a Ice bath challenge where you will stand a chance to win a voucher and other prizes (Please bring a costume, towel and change of clothes for the challenge)
