She got an early start
Macassette started her career in entertainment at 14. Her first gig was doing a kiddies show on Ukhozi FM. She was also part of rapper HHP ‘s biggest tours in Gauteng, where she opened
his show, alongside many other female dancers.
Maphorisa-Certified
Her music career was kickstarted when she was discovered by award-winning producer DJ Maphorisa. Since then, she has worked with Mzansi music heavyweights including, Dj Cndo, Zakwe, Dj Tira, Dj Maphosrisa, Bucks and Cassper Nyovest.
Triple Threat
Besides being a dancer and a singer, Macassette is also an entrepreneur, who owns her own communications company called Tdeeiosion Communications Management. The company has done work for DJ Tira’s company Afrotainment, Metro FM Awards, Durban July, as well as the Govan Mbeki Awards.
