Jason Basson

Older than some of the furniture in the building but fresher than fresh thing, Jason currently serves as Group Fashion Director at GQ & StyleMODE. With oodles of experience in brand development, creative direction, photography and every kind of styling there is, Jason's career has been an epic journey that has seen him travel the world extensively whilst sprinkling his magic with some of the biggest and best brands/celebrities that the world and Mzansi have to offer. When he's not at work he's a full time granola hippy. You'll find him throwing shapes on a dance floor, doing insane hikes, exploring remote parts of Africa and becoming one with the cosmos. He also loves making costumes, jewellery and art and is know to occasionally show up at parties where he will blow your mind with insane H2T, otherworldy outfit extravaganza.
