Last month, Caitlyn Rockman walked the runway at the New York Fashion Week. This also comes after the 4th segment of the Free State Fashion Week – an annual fashion and lifestyle event that took place at the Sun Windmill Hotel and Casino in Bloemfontein on 19 -21 September.

This is the start of many big opportunities for these designers. My advice to them, the sky is not even the limit. Reach for your dreams, be focused and persistent in your vision the rest will follow. With this in mind, we will make sure to create many more platforms like this for more designers in future as this is only the start of greater things to come.”

The quartet  will represent Africa in the ‘Hello Africa Fashion’ segment of the Fashion Week Brooklyn  aimed at giving African designers a platform to showcase their world ready garments.
