Mpoomy Ledwaba Present the second edition of The Unlimited Festival at Kylami Grand Prix

What started as an intimate event at her salon years ago expanded to a two-day Festival in the heart of Johannesburg.

Founder and Host of Wisdom & Wellness Podcast Mpoomy Ledwaba began playing with the idea of a Festival after she did a three-day online event on YouTube during lockdown and had over a thousand women tune in. When the country finally opened, she started planning the first Unlimited Festival.

The first festival kicked off on the 24th of March 2023 and saw a gathering of thousand women from South Africa and neighbouring countries. The keynote speakers were Nomzamo Mbatha and Amanda Dambuza with performances by Shekinah, Brendan Praiser and Murdah Bongz.

This year’s Unlimited Festival is hosted at Kylami Grand Prix, it will be a two-day event with dynamic key speakers and endless music entertainment “Day One is an intimate brunch for women who are trying to level up in their careers and Day two is the actual festival” says Mpoomy.

Guests can expect two panel discussions ‘Gal Pals Chats’ with Siyabunny, Kay Yarms, Nomsa Mondlane moderated by Nthati Meso. The second panel is a fan favourite - a deep dive into love, dating, marriage, parenting and healing. Joining Mpoomy and Brendan for this panel (Our Love Journey) is Nozibele Mayaba and Sikhumbuzo Mayaba.

This year’s theme is ‘The Healing Edition’ which was inspired by Mpoomy’s Speak Life September course which looks at healing as a way to find yourself and life’s purpose. One of the Key-Note Speakers who will tap on this theme is Connie Ferguson “She is a great example of working through healing and understanding that healing is not just a destination but an ongoing process” added Mpoomy.

Looking at over 2000 guests Mpoomy would like her guests to leave the Festival with an introspective outlook “ I want people to go home understanding that we need tools, life is not gonna stop being challenging we gonna have to learn to adapt to the challenges and still thrive and enjoy life” Mpoomy.

The entertainment line up will include Dj Zinhle, Brendan Praiser, Ayanda MVP, Sun-El Musician and Murda Bongz.
