WATCH: Keeping up! How to get a body like the Kardashians

Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian are known for their toned and fit bodies, and their workout secrets are highly coveted by their millions of fans all around the world. The world-famous sisters have sculpted figures and are committed to their workout regimens in order to maintain their bodies. Constantly surrounded by cameras, the reality stars need to look her best at all times.

Lucky for us, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney have been very open about the fitness hacks they swear by in order to keep their bodies tight and right. For several years, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” stars have been devoted to the Lagree Fitness Method, and frequent our licensed studios.

Khloe has credited Lagree as her “favorite killer workout,” while Kourtney has said that reformer pilates is the one workout that keeps her truly feeling happy. Then there’s Kim, who loves toning and sculpting in the 25-minute workout. 

For business-women on the go like the Kardashian sisters, this workout is effective and not time consuming. It will do the same job as a low-intensity hour workout, because it is complete, non-stop high-intensity for the duration of the workout. In fact, when you’re committed to the workout as Kim has been, the results are noticeable very soon, which is why she used the Megaformer to get her body back in shape after giving birth to her first daughter, North West. 

The Megaformer is a zero-impact workout, so those with injuries or bodies recovering from anything else (like giving birth, for instance), can get on board with this workout and absolutely thrive. Aside from their dedicated fitness routines, the Kardashian sisters prioritise holistic wellness as well, a vital part of living healthy and fulfilled lives, and something I always recommend for my clients to embrace and further explore.

Kim has said that she strives to maintain a plant-based diet, which is a 2020 wellness trend and will continue to gain traction and popularity. Veganism is not only beneficial for the environment, but it is also amazing for your body. The KKW Beauty Founder also tries to keep her stress levels at bay by making time for self-care and relaxation.

Similarly, Kourtney - who runs the wellness site Poosh, is very into living an organically-centered life. From growing aloe vera in her house, to using apple cider vinegar shampoo, Kourtney isn’t afraid to dive deep into emerging wellness trends and test them out herself. The blogger also eats avocado pudding everyday for breakfast! (If you want to try it, the recipe is simple - avocado, whole milk and Manuka honey).

Lastly, Khloe has been completely focused on her fitness regimen and has been open about her journey to achieving her best figure yet. Her secrets? No dairy, limiting food portions, and extra hydration! The Good American designer also uses exercise as a form of therapy, as she has found that it relaxes her and amplifies her endorphins.
