1. PROMOTER AND PUBLISHER
The promoter of this campaign is Elizabeth Arden South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”), with its principal place of business at 28–30 Tungsten Road, Isando, Gauteng, South Africa.
The Campaign is hosted and published by Content Nation Media (Pty) Ltd, trading as GLAMOUR South Africa (“the Publisher”), with its principal place of business at 10th Floor, Portside Tower, 4 Bree Street, Cape Town, 8001. The Publisher operates the website on which the Campaign is featured and through which entries are submitted (glamour.co.za), and administers the entry mechanism, including shortlisting of Finalists, on the Promoter's behalf. The Publisher is not the Promoter of the Campaign, does not select Winners, and bears no liability for prize fulfilment.

2. NATURE OF CAMPAIGN
The “Let Your Aura Bloom” Campaign (“the Campaign”) is a merit-based recognition initiative that celebrates the people who inspire others through their personal journey, resilience, influence, or example. Entrants participate by nominating a person who has inspired them and by submitting their own account of that person's impact. Entries are evaluated against the qualitative criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions, and selected Nominees are recognised as Winners. No random draw, chance-based mechanism, or lucky draw will apply.
The Campaign is featured on, and entries are submitted via, the Publisher's website, GLAMOUR (glamour.co.za), as further detailed in clause 6 below.
3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
- Opening Date: 6 July 2026 from 17:00
- Closing Date: 19 July 2026 at 17:00
- Winner Notification: On or about 22 July 2026
- Campaign event: 1 August 2026, Johannesburg
- No late entries will be accepted.
4. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
- “Entrant” means the individual submitting an entry.
- “Nominee” means the person nominated by the Entrant as someone who has inspired them and who is identified in the entry.
- “Winner” means a Nominee selected by the Promoter for recognition under the Campaign.
- “Publisher” means Content Nation Media (Pty) Ltd, trading as GLAMOUR South Africa, being the operator of the website on which the Campaign is featured and through which entries are submitted.
- “Finalist” means one of the ten (10) Nominees shortlisted by the Publisher in accordance with clause 8 below.
5. ELIGIBILITY
The Campaign is open to Entrants who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
- Are legal residents of South Africa; and
- Meet all entry requirements.
Nominees must:
- Be women or individuals who identify as female;
- Be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry;
- Be legal residents of South Africa;
- Be based in Gauteng;
- Have given the consent required under these Terms & Conditions; and
- Be available to attend the Campaign event on 1 August 2026 in Johannesburg if selected as a Winner.
The following persons are excluded:
- Employees, directors, agents, retailers or consultants of the Promoter or the Publisher;
- Immediate family members of the above; and
- Any person directly involved in the administration of the Campaign.
6. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entries must be submitted via the entry form featured on the Publisher's website at: https://www.glamour.co.za/beauty/elizabeth-arden-introduces-new-eau-de-parfum-eternal-aura-3be5a62e-8e33-421e-87cf-8682b770c124 (“the Campaign Page”).
Each entry must include:
- Completed entry form;
- A written submission (150 words maximum) explaining who the Nominee is, how the Nominee has inspired the entrant, and why the Nominee should be recognised; and
- At least one image or video (maximum 2 minutes).
Entries must:
- Be original and not infringe any third-party rights;
- Be submitted before the closing date; and
- Not contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Once submitted, entries:
- Cannot be edited or amended; and
- Will be deemed final.
7. CONSENT AND WARRANTIES
By submitting an entry, the Entrant warrants and undertakes that:
- the Nominee has given informed consent to be nominated, to be identified in the entry, and to participate in Campaign-related publicity and communications to the extent applicable;
- the Entrant is authorised to submit the Nominee's personal information and any related content for the purposes of the Campaign;
- all information submitted is accurate and complete, and all necessary third-party consents, permissions, and rights (including in respect of images, video, personality rights, and copyright) have been obtained.
The Promoter may, at any time, request proof of any consent, authority, permission, or information referred to above, and may disqualify any entry if satisfactory proof is not provided on request.
8. SELECTION PROCESS
Selection will take place in two stages:
Stage 1 – Finalist Shortlisting: The Publisher will review all eligible entries and shortlist ten (10) Nominees as Finalists, evaluated against the following qualitative criteria, with reference to the Nominee and the Entrant's account of the Nominee's impact:
- Authenticity: the degree to which the entry reflects a genuine, honest, and personal account of the nominee's inspirational impact;
- Story Strength: the clarity, depth, and persuasiveness of the entrant's explanation of the nominee's journey, influence, resilience, or example; and
- Diversity Representation: The extent to which the selection reflects a broad and inclusive representation of backgrounds, identities, experiences, and perspectives.
Stage 2 – Winner Selection: The Promoter will select a maximum of four (4) Winners from among the 10 Finalists, in its sole discretion, and will contact the selected Winners directly to extend the invitation to the Campaign event.
The remaining eight (8) Finalists will not be selected as Winners and will not be entitled to the rewards set out in clause 9, but may be recognised as Finalists across Campaign platforms at the Promoter's and/or Publisher's discretion.
Both the Finalist shortlisting and the final Winner selection are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. WINNERS & REWARD STRUCTURE
The maximum of four (4) Nominees selected as Winners will be recognised as “Let Your Aura Bloom” Winners. Each Winner will:
- Be featured across campaign platforms, including the Publisher's website and social media channels;
- Be invited to attend the Campaign event with one guest, provided that the guest also meets the guest eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions; and
- Receive an Elizabeth Arden hamper.
No cash prize will be awarded.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter in writing, all travel, transport, accommodation, subsistence, and any other incidental costs associated with attendance at the campaign event will be for the Winner and their guest to cover.
10. GUEST ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The Campaign event is a female-only event. Each Winner may bring one guest, provided that the guest is a woman or individual who identifies as female, is 21 years of age or older, is a legal resident of South Africa, is based in Gauteng, has provided any consent reasonably required by the Promoter, and is available to attend the Campaign event on 1 August 2026 in Johannesburg.
11. WINNER OBLIGATIONS
Winners must –
- Before the event and within 24 hours of being contacted by the Promoter, confirm their acceptance, confirm that they meet the Nominee and Winner eligibility requirements, identify their proposed guest, and provide the consents and confirmations reasonably required for participation by themselves and their guest;
- Be available, together with their guest, to attend the Campaign event on 1 August 2026 in Johannesburg and acknowledge that they and their guest may be photographed, filmed, reposted on social media, or incidentally appear in background images or footage in connection with the Campaign; and
- Participate in content creation, including photography, video, media opportunities, and related campaign publicity, subject to the consents provided under these Terms & Conditions.
If a Winner does not provide the required confirmation or consent within 24 hours of being contacted, declines participation, is unable to meet these obligations, or is unable to nominate a guest who meets the guest eligibility requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that Winner's selection and select an alternate Winner from among the eligible Nominees.
If a Winner:
- Cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the Promoter's first attempted contact;
- Declines participation; or
- Is unable to meet the Winner obligations or nominate a guest who meets the guest eligibility requirements,
the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate Winner from among the eligible Nominees.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
By entering the Campaign, each Entrant and Nominee grants to the Promoter and the Publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and communicate the submitted content, together with the Entrant's and Nominee's names, images, likeness, voices, biographical information, and written submission, for campaign-related publicity, promotional, public relations, editorial, social media, digital, and media purposes.
- Such use may take place across digital, social, print, editorial, publicity, and other media channels used by the Promoter and/or the Publisher;
- Such use may continue for the duration of the Campaign and for a reasonable period thereafter for archival and promotional purposes; and
- No additional compensation will be payable in respect of such use.
To the extent permitted by law, Entrants and Nominees waive any moral rights they may have in submitted content to the extent necessary to give effect to the licence granted in this clause.
13. POPIA & DATA PROTECTION
The Promoter and the Publisher will process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”), for purposes including campaign administration, verification, communication with Entrants and Nominees, Winner selection, event administration, and related publicity where applicable.
By entering the Campaign, participants consent to:
- the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information for purposes connected with the Campaign;
- the sharing of relevant personal information between the Promoter, the Publisher, and their respective agencies, service providers, and contractors to the extent reasonably necessary to administer the Campaign; and
- the use of submitted content and related personal information for publicity purposes if the Nominee is selected as a Winner.
By entering the Campaign, each Entrant confirms, and confirms that the Nominee has agreed, that Elizabeth Arden may contact them about Elizabeth Arden products, campaigns, events, and related promotional activities, subject to applicable law and any preferences or opt-out rights communicated by them.
Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable law and the operational requirements of the Campaign. If a participant withdraws consent or requests deletion before the Campaign has been completed, the relevant entry may become invalid, or the participant may no longer be able to participate.
14. DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant, Nominee, or entry that:
- Submits false or misleading information;
- Fails to obtain required consent;
- Violates these Terms & Conditions;
- Engages in conduct that may harm the Campaign or brand.
- If selected as a winner, fails to respond to contact the Promoter within 24 hours.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Publisher will be liable for:
- Technical failures, including failures of the website on which entries are submitted;
- Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries;
Attendance at the campaign event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks associated with travel, venue attendance, crowd movement, and participation in event activities. By attending, each Winner and guest acknowledges and accepts those inherent risks and attends at their own risk. Each Winner and guest must comply with the female-only event attendance requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Publisher will be liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, or injury arising from attendance at or participation in the campaign event or the Campaign, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's or Publisher's gross negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. GENERAL
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Campaign, or to substitute the campaign event or any campaign-related activity, where reasonably necessary due to technical failure, operational requirements, insufficient qualifying entries, legal or regulatory reasons, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
