We’ve heard you, so we’re about to answer!

We’ve summed up what you’ve been asking for the most and… bear with us, as we’ll either need to consult experts or record special videos that target the topic to the tee. Your top four questions answered, here!

GLAM READER: What are your thoughts on the recent closures of magazines?

#GLAMBEAUTY: Wow, we are still shaken with the news of so many well-loved media houses that have closed down. With the publication industry in turmoil it makes us really look at things from a different perspective. It’s such an uncertain time as many of us are in unprecedented waters. We don’t know what tomorrow hold, but our focus right now is to make the best of our situation. We have yet again been served with the reminder of how fortunate we are to still have jobs, earn some livelihood. At GLAMOUR we feel extremely blessed to still be able to curate and product beautiful content and still do what we love

GLAM READER: Best skin treatment?

#GLAMBEAUTY: When it comes to the best skin care treatments and routine it all depends on your skin type and very often the seasons and environmental aggressors also play a huge role. It’s never just as straight forward as recommended a product or two, and this is something you should think about and consider when purchasing products (especially if you haven’t done your research or consulted skincare professionals). Healthy and glowing skin comes from the inside. So a healthy gut is key. Good skincare is made up of various pillars namely; your diet, professional treatments, supplements/vitamins and homecare.

GLAM READER: Routines for curly hair?

#GLAMBEAUTY: The secret of curly hair products lies in how you use them. You will be able to almost immediately tell what your hair loves and what is weighing your curls down. Less products is always key especially when you still trying to figure your hair out. Be patient and kind to your hair and the process. Be sure to get your routine right first before incorporating an 8-step routine. Be sure that you activate your curls with the correct products; finger coils are going to make such a difference (no really… try it!) and be sure to scrunch up your curls to create volume.
