the queen of soul is setting, mis Jill Scott will step foot in South Africa landing in November at Pretoria on the 7th and then Cape Town on the 11th. The woman that's been living her life like it's golden is performing on her world tour titled: ‘To Whom It May Concern,’ which is named after her latest released album. Fans are hoping that she doesn't only perform her well curated new album but also her revolutionary hits such as “A long walk” and “He loves me”.
Neyo
The man behind some of the biggest R&B anthems of the 2000s is making his long-awaited return to South Africa. Ne-Yo is set to take to the stage at GrandWest Arena in Cape Town and SunBet Arena in Pretoria on 17 October, before heading to Time Square in Pretoria on 18 October.
With a catalogue packed with timeless hits, the Grammy Award-winning artist is expected to draw both longtime fans who grew up on his music and a new generation of listeners. From nostalgic singalongs to unforgettable live moments, Ne-Yo's South African shows are shaping up to be must-see events for every R&B lover.
Bryson Tiller
The American, soulful R&B musician Bryson Tiller has officially confirmed that he is coming to South Africa. He made the post on the 9th of June stating that the ASCOTS stage will be his during the luxurious and legendary Durban July event.
Even though his confirmation is a bit last minute, his following is more appreciative of the fact that his given the his thumbs up on his appearance. Bryson will not be the only star of the evening, he will be sharing the headline with Swae Lee and Masego. However Masego’s the only one out of the three that hasn’t personally broadcasted to his South African audience on his attendance.
Tamia
Tamia is set to take centre stage at 3 of our big cities: Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria on the 6th, 7th and 10 of August. The tickets are selling quick which shows how the 90’s R&B star’s fan base can never be shaken.
J. Cole
The 12th of December will be having Gauteng stomping the yard to J. Cole’s sound. The poetic rapper will be performing at the FNB Stadium and only 2% of the tickets are remaining. The tickets have managed to sell quick within the span of a few months. The nation has spoken and said that they’re going to witness Jermaine Lamarr Cole in all of his glory.
Dave
The drill rapper from UK , Dave will be having two shows in Mzansi. He will be spitting flow from two cities in our country, Cape Town and Pretoria. Fans are excited to sing along to his famous hit “Sprinter” and “Raindance” ft African pop star, Tems. The Pretoria show is set for 3rd October in the famous Sunset Arena and Grand Arena in Cape Town on the 6th.
