Shopping guide: Dopamine dressing

Dressing up has become exciting again and since we’ve been through the most these past few years, we’ve become more intentional in our wardrobe choices. Most of us are back in the office which means we are no longer only well dressed from the top, with our bottoms still in PJ’s for our zoom meetings.

Not sure what to wear and need a possible wardrobe update? One of the biggest trends of the season is definitely ‘dopamine dressing’.

The runways were filled with colours and the term dopamine dressing was birthed. Oxford dictionary describes it as the following: Dopamine communicates with brain cells and encourages them to act in a pleasurable, excitable, euphoric way. What you wear boosts your mood. Brighten your look with a bold yellow dress or lavender pants. Acid colours might seem trippy but they might just be what you need!

We found some pieces you might love as much as we do!
