One of my favourite Gin brands is Roku Japanese Gin. Nothing signifies summer to me more than a Gin cocktail. Hot summer days with the perfect Gin cocktail to cool you down is bliss. These are my favourite recipes.

  • Orange twist +

Add all ingredients and build. Serve over a large cube of ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with orange zest.

I love gin and tonic every now and then. I love that the world's first Spearmint & Cardamom Gin is also Africa's first and only Cloudy gin.

This cloudy gin is not chill filtered meaning that the maximum flavour and essential and botanical oils are extracted to give you a mouth full of flavour. The cloudy gin look is released when best served over traditional tonic and ice.

I love to change it up to the below recipe as it's low-calorie.

  • 2 tots of Koroa Cara White Gin
  • 3 Ice blocks
  • Soda water
  • Fresh lime wedges

I'm obsessed with the strawberry flavour of Beefeater Pink Strawberry Gin. The mix of botanicals is refreshing and makes an excellent tipple in the hot summer months. It's a great alternative to drinks like mojitos or citrussy G&Ts.

  • 30ml Beefeater Pink Strawberry Gin
  • 15ml elderflower liqueur
  • Top with prosecco brut or rosé

Add all the ingredients to a champagne flute. Garnish with a raspberry.
