Camila Cabello won big tonight at the 2018 MTV VMAs, taking home the awards for Video of the Year and Artist of the Year. However, she wasn’t the only artist who received some shine during the show. Childish Gambino won several technical awards (plus the Video With a Message Award) for his poignant “This Is America” video, and the Carters walked away with Best Cinematography for “APES**T.” Overall, the winners were evenly dispersed and featured a wide array of genres and styles.
