This Women’s Month, award-winning fashion house Imprint South Africa partners with the advocacy organisation Women for Change to present its most urgent and emotional campaign to date: Women for Change.
Far beyond a fashion release, this campaign is a call to conscience—a movement that uses storytelling, symbolism, and style to celebrate South African women while confronting the injustices they face.
Starring Zikhona Sodlaka, Pabi Moloi, Penny Lebyane, and Lerato Sengadi, each of these iconic women have been styled in a one-of-a-kind garment inspired by their personal strength and legacy. Each celebrity has selected a charity of their choice, and part of the profits from the sale of their signature garment will be donated in support of causes dedicated to the protection and empowerment of women and children.
The first, created in partnership with Women for Change, is a visual protest against gender based violence. This print features hand-sketched portraits of GBV victims and survivors, whose faces and names have been shared with Imprint by Women for Change, with full consent from the organisation.
The print blends purple, the official Women for Change corporate colour, with orange, the international colour for GBV solidarity. These two tones are layered with a textured, raw aesthetic that conveys both vulnerability and strength.
These designs are not made for fashion’s sake. 100% of the profits from these two garments will be donated to Women for Change, allowing the organisation to continue their frontline work in advocacy, support, and awareness.
The Marvels of Mzansi Print
The campaign also introduces a second, signature print—Marvels of Mzansi—which honours South African women across time, culture, and legacy.
This richly layered design features hand-sketched portraits of the four celebrity ambassadors, woven together with the faces of South African women from all races, backgrounds, and eras—from political trailblazers and human rights defenders to musical and acting icons, and even everyday women, like Mzukisi’s own mother, whose face is also honoured in the print.
These portraits are framed within circular motifs, representing continuity, community, and unity, all set against bold geometric lines that express Imprint’s unmistakable signature style—one that merges heritage with modernity. The print is rendered in Imprint’s classic colour-way: Black, White, and Red.
Each garment featuring this print has been personally styled and embodied by one of the four celebrity women. These designs are not just garments—they are visual love letters to the women who inspire change, who carry our stories, and who push us forward.

A Shared Intention
Though the two prints carry different visual inspirations, their purpose is the same: To celebrate women,
To give power back to women,
To start conversations that spark real change,
And to potentially save the life of a woman or child.
Not Just a Campaign—A Lifelong Movement
This is not a seasonal drop. It’s a lifelong commitment to advocacy, healing, and justice. It’s a way of making fashion work for the people who need it most. It’s about giving voice to the silenced, presence to the erased, and beauty to the broken.
Garments will be available exclusively at www.imprintza.com from 9 August 2025 (Women’s Day) to 31 October 2025.
