What you’ll need: 

2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 large egg and 3 tbsp honey.

How to: 

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Disperse over your entire scalp, then cover with cling wrap and a plastic bag. Do this before you wash your hair, ensuring you leave the mixture on for a minimum of one hour.

How to:

A muffin tray, 150g coconut oil and 180g freshly ground coffee.

How to: 

Melt coconut oil in a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water. Add ground coffee and mix well. ladle equal amounts of the mixture into the muffin tray, press down with the back of a tablespoon and place in the fridge to set.
