Bring your A game and slay as the dates for the 4th installment of the prestigious fashion and lifestyle showcase, the Free State Fashion Week, have been released.

The fashion week will take place from the 19th  – 21st September 2019 at the Sun Windmill in Bloemfontein. This year’s theme is “Our Roots Conquer. In the end, where we came from and who we have become merged into one, to produce a dynamic package of African culture that stands tall and proud in the arena of modern fashion and trends.

"At the end who we are, our backgrounds and lived experiences inform the very extent of our creative identities and abilities. We move forward to uncharted territories in boldness as we do not undermine or underestimate our roots and the role they play in building a new fashion-forward Free State & South Africa."

At this year’s fashion week, designers are challenged to go beyond what is usual, regular or customary as they are marked to conquer through their African heritage.
