Miss South Africa 2015 is on its way – are you ready? This year, in the search to find the next South African woman to take the crown and title that’s currently held by the beautiful and gifted Rolene Strauss, Miss SA organisers have arranged a series of open castings in addition to the usual application process. If you think that you’ve got what it takes, why not go along to the Sun International venue in your city?
Registration begins at 8am entrants are advised to get there early to avoid long queues. Here’s the info you need about dates and times for the open castings, and you can find out more by following Miss SA on Twitter and Facebook.
Cape Town: Saturday the 4th October 2014 at Grand West, Market Hall and Entertainment World.
Durban: Saturday the 11 October 2014 at Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom.
Port Elizabeth: Sunday the 19th October 2014 at Boardwalk ICC.
Johannesburg: Sunday the 26th October at the Maslow Hotel.
The contestants will need to bring along swimwear and a sarong also a outfit for a interview, a copy of their Matric certificate and ID document, two recent A4 colour photographs (One head and shoulders, one full length) dressed appropriately. Please note that these photographs will not be returned. Entry forms and a photographer will be at the castings should they be required.
