A Hollywood darling ever since her days starring on Friends as beloved girl-next-door Rachel Green, Jennifer Aniston has soared through the spotlight - and done so looking absolutely amazing. Her fans are constantly asking her secrets for staying toned and healthy, and aging ever-so gracefully, and many of Jen’s tips and tricks are rooted in the Lagree Method. 1. Long and lean
Even at age 50, Jen’s leg muscles still look incredibly strong and toned. The Megaformer workout, which Jen loves, creates this aesthetic, and elongates your body while keeping everything nice and tight. The machine works wonders for participants of all ages, even if they have had hip or knee issues, because you can lay down while using it. Believe it or not, I actually train 90-year olds! That said, even though Jen is 50, she may as well be 30 because her body is in such great shape.
2. Mix and match
She also likes using the chest-press exercise, which helps transform your shoulders and muscles. The Megaformer machine allows for the creation of so many dynamic workouts too, and Jen loves switching up her routine and trying new moves out while on the Megaformer. Mixing and matching different movements can help you really hone in on one area of the body that you want to target, and work on strengthening it specifically.

Another thing Jen is always applauded for? Her incredibly toned arms! She loves using resistance bands and doing chest-opening exercises and pulses, while keeping her core engaged, to achieve this look. This exercise can be done for a few minutes at a time, and make sure to keep your core tight. After, do as Jen does and hit those triceps! Squeeze your biceps and keep the movement slow and controlled so you feel the burn.

While Jen looks amazing on the outside, she also takes care of herself on the outside, too! She is very spiritual, has great friendships, and relishes in quality time spent with family and friends.
