Jada Pinkett Smith and Willow Smith

On her Facebook series Red Table Talk, Jada revealed that she loves  hard-core workout sessions with her mom, Adrienne Banfield-Jones, and her daughter. “My mom lives in Maryland, but when we’re in town, all three of us work out together. Willow makes sure,” Pinkett Smith explained. Canfield-Jones added: “Willow started working out with us this year, and she is really, extremely passionate about it.” That’s for certain, as Willow once told  GLAMOUR, “I always try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio, five days a week. Maybe three to four. I’ve been getting into weightlifting. That’s my thing now.”

The Kardashian Klan

While it’s no secret that Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian swear by their dedicated fitness routines, few know that the momager and matriarch, Kris Jenner, also gets in on the fun. “I try to work out as much as possible and eat right,” she once told Health Magazine. “I get tup about 4:30a.m. and workout.” Jenner, who frequently partakes in her daughters’ workouts on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, told  GLAMOUR  sometime ago that while she cares about her physical appearance, she also promotes the importance of looking inwards: “We have so much to offer one another, and there are so many definitions of beauty. I think to share positive thoughts and to make someone else feel good about themselves is a wonderful thing.

Cindy Crawford and Kaia Gerber

Like mother, like daughter! Not only did Kaia follow in her mother’s legendary modeling footsteps, but she also embraced her rock-solid wellness routine. “The good thing is that [Kaia has] grown up with seeing how I take care of myself, so I really don’t have to say that much to her,” Cindy once told  The Cut. “She’s seen me going to bed early, if I have an early call the next day or waking up early to squeeze in a workout. Kaia echoed her mom’s sentiments in a previous interview with  GLAMOUR: “My mom’s three favorite words have always been: Less is more. She’s so naturally beautiful.”

Kate Hudson and Goldie Hawn

The iconic mother-daughter duo live for their sweat sessions together, as exercise has always been a family value. Speaking to  SHAPE, Hudson said that her mother’s decision to enroll her in dance classes “was the best thing she could have done for me. In dance, you’re constantly competing with yourself, and you’re only as good as your practice.” The Fabletics founder never quit, and still loves moving her body to the beat, even to this day! She previously told  GLAMOUR that the secret behind her svelte physique is Pilates, running, and dance classes.

Toya Johnson and Reginae Carter
