The second thing you need to take into account before having anal sex is douching. Our sources suggest, relieving yourself one hour before sex and before douching. When using a douche, it's best to use luke-warm water - and do not use soap.

It's been well researched and concluded that sexually transmitted diseases are passed on more easily via the anus (vs the vagina).
