PEARL THUSI

My secret to being glamorous is being true to myself.

NTOKOZO MBAMBO

I watch my carbs, my sugar intake and go to the gym regularly. I also have a personal trainer. The really awesome thing is my husband and I go to the gym together, he’s my gym partner and it makes it fun. We keep each other accountable as well.

AMANDA DU PONT

If I only had five minutes, which is pretty much me every day, I would make sure to have a 2-minute shower. If I don’t have time to do my hair, I put it into a pineapple and the water and humidity from the shower actually revitalize the curls. No makeup. You don’t need makeup, you’re stunning just the way you are, and your skin also needs time to breathe.

BOITY THULO

If you know you have a big event coming up, go for a facial and make sure that your skin looks incredible. Don’t eat too much the day before and on the day, so that you’re not bloated in front of the cameras. Be hydrated, and don’t do anything that will make you look tired. Also, practice your poses in the mirror so that you know which angles work for you, and what’s flattering. And, prepare your outfit, at least, two weeks in advance.

ZOE BROWN

I wear extensions so there’s so much room to play and experiment. It’s a form of protection because my hair is styled with heat tools. My go-to salon is Excentrics in Sea Point where I get a weekly wash and blow, and my go-to hair products are dry shampoo and the  Kardashian Beauty black seed dry oil.

CHIANO SKY

I adore rose essential oil and add about four drops to my bath water. It helps soften my skin and it leaves a lovely, romantic scent behind.
