How to pair Beyoncé’s newest Ivy Park drop

The Beyhive was all systems go on the 20th of August as Beyoncé dropped the fifth rendition of her IVY Park collection in collaboration with adidas.

This time, the star is “paying homage to her Houston roots” with the aptly titled Rodeo collection. But of course, she’s doing it in her signature Queen B style by bringing a bit of glamour and edge to the traditional Western-cowboy aesthetic.

The multi-piece collection, which launched exclusively on adidas’s website ahead of its global launch on Aug. 20., mixes athletic streetwear and activewear in 58 adult apparel styles, five adult footwear pieces, 13 different accessories and, for the first time ever, 16 kids’ items.

One of our highlights from the collection at Glamour includes a denim bodysuit and wide leg snap pants, which Beyoncé is seen modelling herself in the campaign images. Here’s how you can rock some of our fave staple items from the collection:

1. 3 stripes suit pants

You can never look so effortlessly chic in a 3-piece suit. You can pair the flowing wide-leg pants, featuring a comfy elastic waistband, with the cropped blazer for a sleek look you can wear it all day or as a vaccine day look.

2. Denim wide leg snap pants

These pants are the star of the show. The dark-washed denim makes up the wide-legged pants, which include snap buttons from the knee down that give the option to flash more legs and get more air. An asymmetrical waistband, alongside adidas stripes running down the sides in a lighter blue tone, adds to the drama. You can pair them with a dark-wash denim bodysuit for the complete look and a perfectly fitted white tee.

3. Denim cow print jacket and skirt

This playful jacket and skirt make the perfect wardrobe addition for spring. Designed in purple and tan cow-print, the loosely-shaped drape was made with UNITEFIT, an all-gender fit system. Pair this look with super sleek sneakers to look edgier.

4. Super-sleek sneakers

The adidas classic Samba sneaker gets a luxe makeover in this new iteration, which features a bold platform and a bungee detail around the heel that allows you to clip it onto bags for easy portability. The shoe boasts the brand’s familiar three stripes in two colourways atop washed canvas and premium leather.

5. Denim snap boiler suit

Ivy Park and adidas took the dungaree to another level with this heavy denim snap boiler suit. You can rock this look with a plain tee and super sleek sneakers. You can fold it on the legs or leave it as is.
