This is the wellness regime Adele has been following after her divorce

Adele sent the world into a spin when she uploaded a photo of her posing with the Spice Girls at their Wembley Stadium show. She was positively glowing and looking happier than ever.

Well, the answer behind her coveted glow appears to be reformer pilates. Dressed in Etro floral trousers, Adele looked incredible as she posed with Geri, Emma, Mel B and Mel C. Her wellness regime of choice is reportedly the result of regular reformer pilates classes with close pal Ayda Field.

The increasingly popular workout class is a variation on classic mat pilates and is credited for improving posture, increasing muscle strength and toning the body. It takes place on an elevated carriage with springs of varying strengths and allows you to do significantly more exercises that mat pilates e.g from your back, side, stomach, on your feet or knees. Whether you're looking to target one specific area or get in a whole body workout, it is a truly brilliant workout for anyone - even Adele!

Essentially, for those of us who enjoy the zen aspect to yoga but are looking to feel the burn, this workout is the perfect medium. If it's good enough for Adele, it's surely good enough for us.

The singer-songwriter appears to be enjoying a new lease of life since her recent split from her charity entrepreneur husband of three years Simon Konecki. The pair married in 2016 after five years of dating and share a six-year-old son together, but in April 2019 they announced their separation. In a joint statement, the pair said they were "committed to raising their son together lovingly".

While our heart goes out to Adele, we can't help but hope a new album is on its way. Fingers crossed!
