Trevor Lagerwey is a sports, exercise and adrenaline enthusiast, who’s played competitive tennis, hockey and cross-country. This sexy individual has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a diploma in sports and exercise science (brains and the braun, what!). He’s managed sporting and concert events in Britain and has run some of the most demanding bootcamps around.
On top of all that jaw-dropping talent and physique, Trevor has travelled the world, climbed the highest mountain in South East Asia, dived with sharks in the Cape, snowboarded the highest slopes of the Rockies, run with the bulls in Pamplona, barefoot and slalom skied the lakes of the Garden Route, bungee jumped the highest bungee in the world, backflipped off the Victoria Falls King Swing, white water rafted the great Zambezi, walked with lions, played with cheetahs and rode on elephants! Wow!
He’s moving to Cape Town in October to open up his first functional training gym, and trust us, we’re first in line to sign up for some personal training (wink!).
