Katy Perry, the Roar hitmaker – who has dated singer John Mayer and comedian Russell Brand in the past – is reportedly keen to keep her romance with DJ Diplo as low profile as possible as she “wants it to work”. A source told HollywoodLife.com: “Diplo is still a part of her life, but she is keeping it very, very private. After Russell and John, she doesn’t want to have the same media storm she had with them because that took a toll on those relationships and really was a main reason for the trouble.”The 30-year-old singer is also said to be reluctant to become heavily involved with Diplo’s one-month-old son, Lazer, with his ex Kathryn Lockhart. Although the brunette beauty has met the tot, she is keen to keep her distance and has refused to take part in any “decision making” regarding the youngster.
