The beauty influencer and YouTuber surprised her followers with the sweetest pregnancy reveal, sharing a series of photographs from what appears to be an intimate maternity shoot. In the images, Kay is dressed in white and proudly cradles her growing bump, while other details from the shoot include her ultrasound scan and a tiny teddy bear.
In an Instagram carousel she shared the news with a beautiful caption:
“And if you would’ve ever asked me what I truly wanted to be, this would’ve always been the answer.”
For someone who has spent years sharing snippets of her life online, from makeup tutorials and beauty favourites to lifestyle vlogs, travel and more personal conversations about womanhood.
