We found out that Lady Gaga was dating her talent agent, 48-year-old Christian Carino in February of this year. But now, in major WTF GAGA WHY HAVE YOU BEEN KEEPING THIS FROM US news, it turns out the pair have got secretly engaged.
A source told US Weekly that Gaga and Carino “secretly got engaged” in summer (eh?!). It was also reported that Carino asked Gaga’s father for permission before he popped the question. If the dates ring true, the engagement would have been just one year after Gaga split from her ex-fiance Taylor Kinney back in July 2016.
Gaga and Carino were first spotted together at the Grammys afterparty and were also seen getting close before the Super Bowl and at a Kings of Leon concert.
It’s been a great week for the singer whose incredible half-time Super Bowl performance (which raked in over 100 million viewers) has earned her a place back in the Billboard 200 album chart. First released in late 2016, Joanne climbed over 60 places up to Number Two and her 2008 debut The Fame also re-entered the chart at Number Six.
