“Someone remind me where I am/Miami or Timbuktu,” begins Lily Allen’s newest song. The answer to that question is a resounding “neither!” because in the video she can be spotted in the midst of scenery that’s very much South African. When the singer was spotted in Cape Town recently, we wondered what she was up to, and now we know: she was shooting this fun, safari-meets-festival video for a track that’s set to get stuck in your head and stay there.
It may not show off much of the country, but here’s hoping that the singer herself made sure she saw plenty of South Africa while she was here.
