Best dressed women at the GQ Men of the Year Awards

One of the most glamorous events in South Africa’s social calendar - the GQ Men of the Year Awards - took place on Saturday, 27 November 2021 at the Four Season Hotel, The Westcliff in Johannesburg.

The event honours exceptional personalities (men and women) who are pushing boundaries in different fields and shaping the country’s cultural landscape. The list of nominees and winners include a range of artists, activists, innovators, designers, comedians, entrepreneurs, humanitarians, and more.

The guest list was equally impressive, with the women in attendance making statements in their own right - with their fashion choices of course.

From cocktail dresses with a twist to menswear made sexy and sparkly, these are the best-dressed women at the GQ Men of the Year Awards.

The entrepreneur provided a head-turning monochrome moment.

Kim Jayde

The media personality looked pretty in pink with Johannesburg-based brand Nao Serati.

Ama Qamata

The GQ cover star rocked a pink sparkly two-piece for the occasion.

Lesedi Matsunyane-Ferguson

The actress turned heads in a silver princess gown.

Yaya Mavundla

Simple and slick is the way to go. We love this all-white ensemble and complimentary head-piece.

Noma Mbedu

Another all-white outfit - this time in the form of a figure-hugging gown with 1920’s-inspired hair and jewels.
