Glamour’s current Cover star Tyla, wins her first Grammy Award

Glamour’s current cover star just won her first Grammy award in the category of Best African Performance for her song Water. This well deserved recognition of her viral song once again solidifies South Africa’s place on the international stage. At 22 years old, Tyla’s song has garnered several international celebrities' approval and saw her as the opening act for Chris Brown's World Tour. With her water challenge going viral she has won the hearts of fans all across the globe and unashamedly flying the South African flag high.

Tyla wore a stunning Versace cut out dress with fishnet stockings in green to accept her Grammy award. She is no stranger to wearing designers looks. Last year she sat front row at the D&G SS23 fashion show alongside Kim Kardashian and Italian actor Michelle Morrone draped in Dolce & Gabbana and later performed at their after party.
