We're obsessed with Beyoncé's chic capri suit at Jay-Z's Reasonable Doubt 30th anniversary show

It was a family affair at Jay-Z’s Reasonable Doubt 30th anniversary show on Friday, bringing out both Beyoncé and Blue Ivy Carter. Straight out the gate, Bey came out for the opening song “Can’t Knock the Hustle” and took on Mary J. Blige’s verse.

Aside from her megawatt aura and powerful, always faultless voice, Beyoncé meant business with her fashion. Styled by Ty Hunter, the pop star wore a custom Giuseppe Di Morabito suit: the look comprised of a navy and sparkling silver pinstripe material, with a super cinched, sculpted blazer and bodysuit with exaggerated shoulders, paired with matching tailored capri pants embellished all over with crystals. She accessorised with layers of varying sized diamond chain link necklaces by Messika So, Shay pave diamond pinky ring, and drop earrings, with patent black Aquazurra pumps on her feet.

Their eldest child Blue Ivy also joined her father on stage to play the piano for “Feelin’ It.” Blue, who danced with Bey during her Renaissance tour, looked every bit of her mother, not least because she mirrored an image of her in the 2000s wearing a Yankees cap.

It’s been a little while since we last saw Beyoncé, who made an appearance at the 2026 Met Gala as one of the evening’s co-chairs in two sparkling outfits: one skin-toned, body-contouring gown embellished with a diamond skeleton—designed by Olivier Rousteing—and the other, a sculptural black-and-nude crystallized trompe l’oeil mermaid gown by Robert Wun. It seemed to signal a farewell to Cowboy Carter, and a new Bey era upon us: maybe something more rock n’ roll? Well, Bey keeps us guessing: since then, she’s posted sporadically to Instagram wearing creamy Zimmerman lingerie, a chocolate and croc-embossed leather Rowen Rose trench, and ’80s-style stirrup leggings plus bodysuit.

Whatever the era she’s running it back to or toward, you can be sure Bey is sparkling head to toe.
