Women’s Month has always been about celebrating resilience, but this year, I found myself thinking beyond the traditional narratives of strength. Strength isn’t always loud; sometimes it’s found in the quiet decision to start over, to change direction, to build community, to protect your peace, to chase a dream that no one else can see yet. It’s choosing yourself, again and again.
That spirit lives in both of our cover stars. Zinhle Masango reminds us what it means to be built to win. As an award-winning fitness personality, bodybuilding champion and triathlete, her story is about far more than physical endurance.
